PANNA COTTA

Panna Cotta is an Italian dessert originally from Piedmont. This vanilla flavoured, creamy dessert delicacy due to its composition will remind you pudding, but we dare say that its even tastier. Enjoy a light, but unforgettable dessert ... Just let it slowly melt in your mouth. Besides the irresistible taste, Meggle Panna Cotta is well known to be easy to prepare. A premium dessert in just a few minutes!

Preparation: Heat at a temperature of between 40 °C to 50 °C until it becomes fluid (don’t boil). Fill the running Panna Cotta into bowls for serving, and let it sit for 10-20 minutes at room temperature. Cool it in a refrigerator (4 - 8 °C) for about 4 hours. Once chilled, empty it from the bowl and decorate as desired.

Meggle Panna Cotta comes in packaging of 1 litre. One package is enough for 10 to 12 servings.
